What the College Fellowship Program is
The College Fellowship Program is for recent college graduates who are residents of the District of Columbia.
Operating as a cohort, the College Fellowship Program provides 25–30 hours of work per week, blending part-time employment at $25.00 per hour with on-the-job training, mentorship, continuous professional development, and community service projects.
Eligibility
Who can apply
- You are a resident of the District of Columbia
- You are 18 or older
- You hold a bachelor's degree
- You graduated between January 2025 and December 2026
Must meet the eligibility criteria for one or more programs under the U.S. Department of Labor's Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
